The first sketch on the left is a sketch of one of Felix Gonzalez-Torres’ pieces. This piece was at the Art Institute of Chicago, and it is an interactive piece. It is a pile of candies in the corner and there is a sign inviting people to take a piece. There was a little girl sitting there playing with the candy, and it was really cute and to me was a good example of young people starting to get involved in art. The third sketch is of one of the staircases in the Art Institute of Chicago. I thought it was a really beautiful staircase and i really liked the design of it and the architecture. The third sketch is of one of the pieces in the Art Institute. It is called Crowned God Vishnu, and was made in India in the 9th century. I found this piece very fascinating because it is so old and still so well intact. This inspired me to sketch it.
